Training and match calendar for sports clubs
The training time moved and half the squad missed the message; who has the pitch, when is the match, where does each team play? Rubu shows every team in its own colour, lets coaches edit their own team, and notifies people about changes immediately.
How sports clubs use Rubu
Weekly training routine
Enter training once as a recurring event. If the hall is booked one week, move only that day and the rest of the season stays put.
Example: U14 squad every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 pm, indoor hall.
Match and tournament days
The match, meeting time and venue address live in the event. With the location attached, families ask for directions less. Put the opponent and transport notes in the same place.
Example: Saturday 10 am away match; the bus leaves the clubhouse at 8:30.
Per-team permissions
Give each team a category. A coach edits only their own team, management sees everything, and players and parents follow just the relevant category.
Example: The women’s volleyball coach cannot touch the men’s schedule.
Instant news: cancellations and time changes
Rained off? Update the event and team members using the apps get a notification. They also choose which categories notify them.
Example: Training moved to 6:30 pm: players’ phones get a notification right after the change.
Suggested categories for sports clubs
Assign a separate colour per team or age group. Use this set to get started.

Frequently asked questions
Can coaches edit only their own team?
Yes. On Pro you grant each user view or edit rights per category; with one category per team, a coach edits only their own.
How do players and families see the schedule?
Invited members see it on the web or in the apps. The public calendar page and calendar subscription (Google, Apple, Outlook) are Pro.
Can we keep calendars for several clubs or branches?
Yes. One account can join several calendars and switch between them, so a coach working for two clubs sees both in one account.
Does it work in halls without a connection?
The iPhone app works offline; events you create offline sync when you are back online.
Is the Free plan enough?
For a single person, recurring trainings and views are free. Adding coaches and managers, categories and notifications need Pro (₺249/month, ₺2,499/year, 7-day free trial on the web).
