Rubu is a shared calendar and event management platform for teams. The service is accessed through rubu.app and organization-specific addresses.
2Account Creation
You need to create an organization account to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during registration is accurate and up-to-date. You must keep your password confidential for account security.
3Acceptable Use
By using our service, you agree to act in compliance with laws, respect the rights of other users, avoid actions that could compromise platform security, and not share spam or harmful content.
4Intellectual Property
The Rubu platform, its design, logo, and content belong to Rubu. Content created by users (events, categories, etc.) belongs to the users.
5Service Changes
Rubu reserves the right to change, add, or remove features to improve the service. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
6Pricing
The starter plan is free. The Pro plan works on a monthly subscription model. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
7Account Termination
Users can close their accounts at any time. In case of violation of terms of service, Rubu reserves the right to suspend or close the account.
8Limitation of Liability
Rubu provides the service "as is". Maximum liability for data loss caused by the platform is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9Applicable Law
These terms of service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
